Potato-Cheese Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 stick margarine
1 pkg carrots, chopped (1 lb)
1 stalk celery, chopped
l large onion, chopped
3 (14 1/2 oz) cans Swanson chicken broth
3 (10 oz) cans cream of potato soup
1 lb Velveeta cheese
1 cup sour cream (optional)
Preparation

Saute carrots, celery, onion in margarine.
Add chicken broth. Simmer 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Add potato soup and cheese.
Simmer 10 minutes, stirring often so cheese does not sink to the bottom and stick.
Add sour cream just before serving.
