Cheese Ravioli With Crab And Garlic - cooking recipe

4 doz. cheese ravioli
6 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbsp. olive oil
4 Tbsp. butter, divided
3 Tbsp. flour
2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 lb. crab (preferably backfin) or imitation crab
1 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Cook ravioli according to package directions al dente. Drain. In a small skillet, saut garlic in oil over medium heat until it is pale gold, about 1 to 2 minutes, being careful not to burn it. Set aside.
