Peanut Butter Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    3/4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. peanut butter
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Cook sugar and milk without stirring to soft-ball stage. Remove from heat; add peanut butter, salt and vanilla.
    Beat until mixture loses its gloss.
    Spread into buttered 8-inch pan.
    Cool; cut into squares.
