Sausage Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. hamburger
    1 tsp. whole peppers
    2 1/2 tsp. cracked pepper
    5 tsp. Tender Quick salt
    3 tsp. mustard seed
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. hickory salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well (with hands).
    Mix once a day for 4 days (include day of preparation).
    On 4th day, make into rolls approximately 2 inches in diameter.
    Lay sausage rolls on pan so grease may drain in pan below.
