Zucchini Parmesan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. thinly sliced zucchini
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 Tbsp. water
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1 tsp. salt
    pepper
    3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Put first 6 ingredients in skillet.
    Cover and cook for 1 minute.
    Uncover and cook, turning until barely tender, about 5 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Toss.
