Onion Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 envelope Lipton onion recipe soup mix
potatoes, cut into chunks
1/3 c. oil

Preparation

Preheat oven to 450\u00b0.
In a large plastic bag add potatoes, oil and soup mix.
Empty into baking dish.
Bake 40 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until potatoes are tender and brown.
