Blueberry Muffin - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1/4 c. oil
    1 1/2 c. plain flour
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
Preparation
    Beat together first three ingredients.
    Sift together flour, sugar and baking powder and add to first mixture.
    Fold in blueberries.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
