Sweet Potato Souffle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. (29 oz. can) sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 stick margarine
canned or regular milk
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. cinnamon
marshmallows
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except marshmallows.
Mix enough milk so that it is easy to stir but not thin.
Put marshmallows on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 to 30 minutes.
