Rice And Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 medium onion, chopped fine
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. Cheez Whiz
    1/2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. uncooked rice
Preparation
    Thaw broccoli.
    Combine onion and oil in saucepan and heat. Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes.
    Add can of soup and heat to boiling, stirring constantly.
    Reduce heat and stir in Cheez Whiz and milk.
    Add salt and cook 3 minutes or until bubbly.
    Cook rice according to package directions.
    Mix rice and sauce. Pour into lightly buttered casserole dish.
    Cover and heat about 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
