Chocolate Chip Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2/3 c. brown sugar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 egg
    1/2 c. milk
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
    1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
    Mix all of the dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    In another bowl, whisk egg, milk, sour cream, melted butter and vanilla. Make a well in the dry ingredients, blending lightly.
    Quickly fold in nuts (if desired) and chocolate morsels.
    Spoon into well-greased muffin tins (or use paper baking cups) and bake at 375\u00b0 until tester comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes.
    Makes 18 muffins.
