Pepper Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 red peppers
    12 green peppers
    12 onions
    2 c. vinegar
    2 c. sugar
    3 tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Chop peppers and onions.
    Cover with boiling water and let stand 5 minutes and drain.
    Add vinegar, sugar, salt and boil mixture for 10 minutes.
    Seal in sterilized jars immediately.
