Mrs. Claus' Fudge(Makes About 5 Pounds) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks butter
    1 large can evaporated milk
    5 c. sugar
    3 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    2 c. chopped nuts
    1 pkg. miniature marshmallows, melted over double boiler
Preparation
    Mix butter, milk and sugar in heavy saucepan.
    Let reach bubbly boil.
    Turn burner down to medium.
    Cook 8 or 9 minutes. Remove from heat.
    Add chocolate chips and stir until melted.
    Add vanilla, nuts and marshmallows.
    Pour in an 18 x 12-inch pan.
    Let stand for a while (overnight if possible) before cutting.
    Freezes well.
    Put waxed paper between layers.
