Great Guacamole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 ripe avocados
    1/4 c. finely chopped onions
    1 finely chopped red tomato
    1 very finely chopped garlic clove
    1/8 c. chopped cilantro
    dash of Tabasco sauce (optional)
Preparation
    Take the skin off of the avocado, then remove the pit.
    Chop the avocado into small pieces.
    Place avocado and all other ingredients in a medium mixing bowl.
    Blend all ingredients.
    Add a dash of Tabasco sauce or other hot sauce, if desired.
    Store with the avocado pit resting in bowl in order to not turn brown. Serve as soon as possible with tortilla chips for dipping.
    Our family especially likes Blue corn chips.
