Raspberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. raspberries
    1/2 c. water
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 c. margarine
    2 c. quick oatmeal
    1 3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cook raspberries, water, sugar and cornstarch until thick. Cool.
    Combine margarine, oatmeal, flour, nuts, brown sugar, cinnamon and soda.
    Reserve 2 cups of flour-oatmeal mixture.
    Pat down remainder in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread cooled fruit on top. Cover with reserved 2 cups of mixture.
    Pat down.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool before cutting.
