Ms. Green'S Tex-Mex Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    3 Tbsp. butter
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. chili powder
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 c. tomatoes
    2 tsp. beef bouillon powder or 2 cubes
    3 c. cooked rice
Preparation
    Saute onion, pepper and celery in butter until tender.
    Add seasonings, tomatoes and beef base.
    Stir until beef base is dissolved.
    Add rice.
    Simmer, stirring occasionally until flavors are blended.
    Makes 6 servings.
