Chicken Salad Cream Puff Ring - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. water
1/2 c. margarine
1 c. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped celery
2 Tbsp. green onion slices
3/4 c. salad dressing
1/2 c. curry powder
Preparation

Bring water and margarine to a boil. Add flour and salt.
Stir vigorously over low heat until mixture forms ball.
Remove from heat. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of batter onto ungreased cookie sheet to form a 10-inch ring.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from cookie sheet immediately. Cool.
