Cashew Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. boneless chicken breasts, cut in 1-inch cubes
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    2 Tbsp. peanut or vegetable oil
    1 pkg. Lipton rice and sauce (chicken flavor)
    1 3/4 c. water
    1/2 c. frozen peas, partially thawed
    1/4 c. sliced green onions
    1/3 c. unsalted dry roasted cashews, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    In small bowl, toss chicken, soy sauce and garlic powder; set aside.
    In 2-quart casserole, microwave oil on High for 2 minutes. Stir in chicken mixture and microwave 4 minutes or until chicken is done, stirring once.
    Set aside.
