Roberta'S Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
    1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ginger
    1 1/4 lb. flank steak
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients. Marinate meat overnight in sauce. Drain marinade and heat barbecue meat 5 minutes per side (for rare).
    Transfer to platter. Slice thinly (as for London Broil) and pour marinade over meat.
    Yields 4 servings.
