Vermicelli With Asparagus And Slivered Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. chicken cutlets, pounded to an even thickness
    1 1/2 tsp. coarse mustard
    1/2 lb. vermicelli
    1 lb. fresh asparagus (about 26 spears), chopped into 1-inch lengths
    juice and pulp of 1 lemon
    2 tsp. olive oil
    pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
    2 Tbsp. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    4 to 5 sun-dried tomatoes, slivered
Preparation
    Preheat the broiler or grill.
    Rub chicken with 1 teaspoon mustard; broil or grill until cooked through, 4 to 5 minutes on each side.
