Rigatoni With Bacon And Ricotta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 container Ricotta cheese
    1/4 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. ground pepper
    1 lb. rigatoni or penne, cooked according to pkg. directions and drained
    1/2 c. reserved hot cooking water
Preparation
    Cook the bacon in a skillet until crisp; drain.
    Combine the Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, salt and pepper in a serving bowl. Toss the sauce with the hot pasta, reserved cooking water and bacon.
    Makes 6 servings.
