Brunch Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    8 slices bread, crust removed
    4 eggs
    2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. mustard
Preparation
    Put trimmed bread in a 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Add grated cheese and cooked sausage.
    Mix eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper (optional).
    Pour over sausage.
    Refrigerate overnight. Next morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
