Glorified Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. self-rising corn meal
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. cooking oil
2 eggs
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Place approximately 2 tablespoons cooking oil in 10-inch ovenproof skillet or 8-inch or 9-inch square baking pan.
Place pan in hot oven until oil is hot.
Tilt pan to coat bottom evenly.
Mix all ingredients.
Pour mixture into hot greased pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.
