Sausage With Red Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. raw rice
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/2 bell pepper, chopped
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
    1/2 lb. smoked sausage, cut in slices
Preparation
    Saute rice, onion and bell pepper in skillet until golden brown.
    Put rice mixture in casserole.
    Cover with tomatoes and mix in sausage, salt and pepper.
    Cook, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
