Salsa - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 very ripe tomatoes or 2 large cans tomatoes
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 onion
    4 stalks celery
    2 jalapeno peppers
    4 pepperoncini peppers
    1 small bell pepper
    4 Tbsp. cilantro
    1 small garlic clove, chopped
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 chili pepper, crushed
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients except spices in food processor.
    Pour into large mixing bowl and add spices.
    Pour up into jars and store in refrigerator.
    Serve for dipping with taco chips.
