Eight Layered Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head lettuce
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cooked frozen peas
    1 c. mayonnaise
    6 hard-cooked eggs, sliced thin
    1 large red onion, sliced thin
    1 c. grated Cheddar or favorite cheese
    1 lb. bacon
Preparation
    Tear up lettuce.
    Cook bacon well and crumble.
    Layer salad in bowl as follows:
    lettuce, celery, peas, mayonnaise, eggs, onion, grated Cheddar or desired cheese and bacon.
