Porcupine Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. tomato soup
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. uncooked rice
    1 egg
    1/4 c. minced onion
    2 Tbsp. parsley
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Shape into balls 1 1/2-inches.
    Brown in 2 tablespoons fat with small garlic clove.
    Cover with rest of soup and 1 cup water.
    Simmer about 40 minutes.
