Hot Crab Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 medium onion, chopped
3 green chile peppers, chopped (canned)
8 oz. crab meat (frozen or fresh)
1 medium, fresh red tomato, chopped
2 banana peppers, chopped
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Fritos (large)
Preparation

Remove seeds from chile peppers.
Combine all ingredients. Place in double boiler to heat.
Serve hot with large Fritos.
Can be doubled.
