Prune Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. Wesson oil
3 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. black walnuts, chopped
1 c. prunes, cut up

Preparation

Steam prunes 15 to 20 minutes.
Mix all dry ingredients and nuts together.
Mix eggs, oil and buttermilk and add to dry ingredients.
Blend and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
