Strawberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
    2 c. boiling water
    1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple
    1 (21 oz.) can strawberry pie filling
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation
    In a bowl, combine gelatin and hot water.
    Let cool, then add pineapple and strawberry pie filling.
    Pour into 8 x 10-inch glass dish; chill until set.
    Soften cream cheese and mix with sugar. Blend in sour cream.
    Spread over gelatin mixture.
    Sprinkle with nuts.
    Chill.
