English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. chopped onion
1 small sweet red pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 (5 oz.) pkg. egg noodles
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 c. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen English peas
1/2 tsp. white pepper
10 round buttery crackers, crushed
Preparation

Saute onion and red pepper in butter until tender.
Cook noodles according to package.
Drain.
Add cheeses to hot noodles. Stir until cheeses melt.
Stir in onion mixture, peas and pepper. Spoon into greased baking dish.
Top with crackers.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
