Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. shortening
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    2 c. dark brown sugar
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Mix flour, shortening, nutmeg, brown sugar, cinnamon and salt until crumbly.
    Take out 1 cup crumbs for topping; set aside.
    Add baking soda to sour milk and stir.
    Add to remaining crumbs the egg, baking powder and sour milk mixture.
    Pour batter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Sprinkle crumbs on top, keeping crumbs lightly in center.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
