Mom'S Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 eggs
    2 c. milk
    unbaked deep dish pie shell
    1/2 lb. shredded Cheddar cheese (save 3/4 c. for top)
    1 small can Durkee fried onions (have 1/4 c. for top)
    2 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/3 c. green pepper, chopped
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Put into an unbaked pie shell in this order:
    cheese and onion rings mixed together and celery and green pepper mixed together.
    Beat eggs until just blended; add milk and mustard.
    Pour over other ingredients.
    Bake for 45 minutes.
    Top with remaining cheese and onion rings as soon as quiche comes out of the oven.
