Horseradish Cheese Ball - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    1 to 2 Tbsp. horseradish
    1 tsp. celery salt
    1/2 tsp. onion salt
    4 oz. dried beef, chopped
    3/4 c. chopped parsley
Preparation
    In small bowl with electric mixer, blend cheese and horseradish until smooth.
    Mix in salts and beef until well blended.
    With hands, shape into a ball.
    Wrap and refrigerate overnight or until firm.
    Reshape and roll in chopped parsley. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
