Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. margarine (do not use whipped or diet)
    1/4 lb. butter
    3 c. sugar
    3 1/2 c. cake flour
    5 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    Cream margarine, butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
    Add half the flour and half the milk.
    Mix well.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
    Add remaining flour, salt, vanilla and milk, mixing until light and smooth.
    Pour into a greased and floured Bundt pan or tube pan.
    Place in a cold oven.
    Heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until cake tests done.
    Cool in pan for 20 minutes; then turn out onto a cake plate.
