Stewed Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 large ripe tomatoes
    1/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. soft bread cubes
    dash of oregano and basil
Preparation
    Remove stem end from each tomato; peel tomatoes and cut into small pieces.
