Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large ripe tomatoes
1 c. tomato juice
1/2 jalapeno pepper
1 red onion, diced
1 clove garlic
1/2 c. chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 c. lime juice
Preparation

Dice tomatoes in very small pieces.
Add cup tomato juice; core and remove seeds from jalapeno pepper.
Dice small red onion and mince garlic and chop fresh cilantro.
Combine all ingredients and mix together.
