Black Walnut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. milk
3 c. flour
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking powder
3 eggs, separated
2 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation

Mix sugar and butter well; add beaten egg yolks.
Add dry ingredients, alternately with milk.
Fold in beaten egg whites, vanilla and nuts.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
