Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 Tbsp. Tender Quick salt
    1/4 tsp. onion powder
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1 c. water
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
Preparation
    Mix well; roll into 3 or 4 sticks.
    Wrap in foil and refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Unwrap and bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour. These may be frozen and then later sliced thin and served with mustard.
