Swedish Meat Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 egg
1 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. salt
dash of pepper
1 tsp. French's mustard
1/4 c. milk
Preparation
-
Mix and make meat balls.
Brown in 2 tablespoons fat.
Place in casserole and make a gravy of drippings, flour, mustard, catsup and add enough milk to make gravy consistency.
Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0 in a covered dish.
