No Can Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 carrots
    6 red peppers (sweet)
    6 green peppers (sweet)
    12 small onions
    2 cabbage
    1/2 c. canning salt
    2 Tbsp. celery seed
    6 c. sugar
    3 pt. vinegar
Preparation
    Chop all vegetables really fine in a blender.
    Mix them together in a large container.
    Drain any excess water off.
    Add 1/2 cup canning salt and let set for 2 hours.
    Drain well.
    Mix remaining ingredients and pour over mixture, mixing well.
    Put in a gallon jar and put a white cloth over top of jar.
    Will keep well in refrigerator for 1 year.
