Rhubarb Dessert - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. rhubarb (fresh or frozen), cut into 1/2-inch small pieces
1 c. sugar
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 (8 oz.) pkg. yellow cake mix (equals 1 3/4 c. dry cake mix)
1 c. cold water
5 Tbsp. melted oleo or butter
Preparation

Grease glass container, approximately 10 x 10-inch.
Place cut rhubarb in pan.
Sprinkle with sugar, then sprinkle with strawberry gelatin.
Sprinkle with dry cake mix.
Gently pour water over all.
Drizzle with melted oleo.
Bake at 350\u00b0 approximately 55 minutes.
Serve topped with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream.
