Cabbage Casserole(Microwave Or Conventional Oven) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
    1/2 c. instant rice
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
    1/2 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. salt
    3 c. cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef and onion; drain.
    Add tomatoes and rice; bring to a good boil, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
    Stir in remaining ingredients, except cabbage, and remove from heat. In an 11 x 7 x 2-inch pan, layer cabbage and spread beef mixture over top.
    Bake in oven at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or microwave on High for 15 minutes.
