Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium cabbage, chopped
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    2 (5.5 oz.) V-8 juice
    1 can Spanish rice (optional)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef; drain.
    Wilt cabbage; drain.
    Use a casserole dish, well-greased.
    Layer ingredients, starting with beef, onions, cabbage and Spanish rice.
    Then pour V-8 juice over layers and bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
    Spread cheese on top and return to oven until melted.
