Veal Parmesan - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. veal cutlets (6 to 8)
2 onions
2 cloves garlic
1 large can whole tomatoes
2 cans tomato sauce
oregano to taste
thyme to taste
basil to taste
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese
Progresso Italian bread crumbs
2 eggs, beaten
Preparation

Dip meat in eggs, then in 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs.
Brown in oil or butter and set aside.
Saute 2 onions and 2 cloves garlic.
Add whole tomatoes, tomato sauce and spices. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer with lid on for 45 minutes.
Remove lid and simmer about 10 minutes longer.
Layer in casserole dish.
Layer sauce, cheese, meat, sauce, Mozzarella cheese and meat in casserole dish.
Top with Parmesan cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until bubbly and brown on top.
