Instant Black Forest Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. cherry preserves
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding mix
2 (8 oz.) cartons cherry yogurt
1 (4 oz.) carton Cool Whip, thawed
1 (9-inch) frozen deep dish pastry shell, baked and cooled
2 Tbsp. creme de cacao
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 oz.) sq. semi-sweet chocolate, shaved
Preparation

Spread preserves over bottom of baked pie shell.
In mixing bowl, combine pudding mix, yogurt, creme de cacao and vanilla. Beat well with rotary beater.
Spread over preserves.
Cover and chill several hours.
Before serving, spread topping over filling. Sprinkle with chocolate.
