Cottage Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 medium potatoes
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 slice bread
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
1/2 lb. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. parsley flakes
salt and pepper to taste
crushed corn flakes
Preparation

Cook; cool, peel and dice potatoes.
Dice green pepper and onion.
Make bread into crumbs.
Melt cheese and butter together. Mix everything together except corn flakes.
Place in greased casserole dish and top with corn flakes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for one hour.
