Pork Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Pork loin, trimmed and cut into pieces
    2 med. red bell peppers, cut into pieces (about 2 cups)
    1 can baby corn, drained (about 2 cups)
    1 cup fresh snow peas
Preparation
    Prepare marinade sauce in a shallow dish.
    Reserve 2 Tbsp. of marinade sauce and add pork to remaining sauce, turn to coat. Cover dish and refrigerate for 15 minutes.
