Shrimp Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (light, fat-free or regular)
1/4 to 1/3 c. milk (to thin)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 to 2 tsp. onion juice, scraped from fresh onion
1 (7 oz.) can deveined shrimp
1 c. sour cream
Preparation

Mix the first 5 ingredients with portable mixer until well blended and smooth.
Rinse and drain canned shrimp; add to cream cheese mixture, chopping fine.
Mix well.
Add sour cream and mix.
Dip is better if made a few hours before serving so flavors can mix.
