French Onion Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium onions, sliced crosswise
    1/2 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. flour
    6 c. water
    1/2 tsp. browning sauce
    dash of ground pepper
    1 c. Burgundy (or any red wine)
    2 beef bouillon cubes
    French bread, sliced
    Swiss cheese, grated
    butter
Preparation
    In large skillet, saute onions in butter until golden.
    Add flour, stir until smooth.
    Add water, Burgundy, bouillon cubes, browning sauce and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 30 minutes.
