Frozen Pumpkin Cookie Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. ginger cookie crumbs (Paper Bag brand is best)
1/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. canned pumpkin
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ginger
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 qt. ice cream, softened
1/8 c. ginger cookie crumbs
Preparation

Mix first 4 ingredients; press into bottom and sides of pie pan.
Chill.
